Hua Gong is the style of Qigong developed and taught by Zhixing Wang and Zhendi Wu. The Dao Hua Qigong School has been established to disseminate the teachings of this form of Qigong in accord with the Dao.
| Hua Gong is practiced mainly through meditation and flowing body movements.
Relaxation, visualisation, natural breathing and sounds are various techniques
used in Hua Gong. It is easy for beginners to learn but profound and
sophisticated enough to become a life long practice.
The Hua Gong symbol (shown) represents the meditative practitioner. This and other symbols may be used for inspirational & transforming meditation.
