Fundamental Hua Gong
The Hua Gong Weekend Course in London has been the flagship of fundamental Hua Gong teachings. It represents the most updated information and transmission, and provides the most detailed and systematic teachings of Hua Gong on the fundamental level.
Because of the extraordinary effects of Hua Gong, attending the weekend course can have three functions:
To learn: to raise your general level of consciousness and to receive instruction on Hua Gong; an effective way of healing, art and spiritual cultivation;
To practise: to have a chance and a favourable environment to practise Hua Gong under the powerful presence and guidance of the teacher(s);
To benefit: through learning and practising, and above all, through receiving empowerment and inspiration from the teacher(s).
With their powerful Qi-emission and refreshing insights Zhixing and Zhendi will continue to empower and inspire their students. To reflect their transmission and to help students to receive the empowerment, some simple techniques that are enriched with the Hua Gong information will be practised repeatedly. For the purpose of learning, the focus will be on improving the level and quality of practice rather than on collecting new techniques. Emphasis will be made to help more regular students to increase their skills and abilities in the practice. They will be expected to demonstrate higher energy level, better Qigong skills and more artistic qualities. For new students, the focus will be on helping them to receive the initiation and empowerment for the practice, to learn some basic methods of Hua Gong, and to be able to connect and activate the Qi at will.
The main methods employed at the weekends course are: The Mantra “Hua” Meditation and two techniques of The Internal Alchemy Meditation for receiving the Hua Gong transmission; Xu Ling Gong (the ball image meditation and movements) for tuning in to an insubstantial state of Qigong, and for feeling and strengthening the Qi; some Image Meditation and various martial or gentle Qi-movements for activating the Qi, opening the meridians and developing artistic abilities; Fundamental Hua Gong Forms for transforming, cleansing and recharging the energy and for treating different parts of the body; Gui Shen Gong for collecting the spirit (body light) and for raising the level of consciousness.
Students will be encouraged and helped to meet the following standards:
To be able to connect to the Qi, or switch on to the Qigong state; to be able to feel the Qi in various ways; to be able to activate the Qi in the body in various ways; to be able to connect to the Cosmic Qi.
