This is a beautiful historic house set in grounds designed by Capability Brown. It is owned and cared for by the Marian Fathers, a polish religious community. Our accommodation and the halls we use are in outbuildings on the grounds.

Fawley Court is just outside the historic old English town of Henley on Thames and offers peaceful walks in the surrounding area and along the river. Please find details on accommodation and directions below.

There are several accommodation options. Please specify which you would like at the time of booking. If you request a twin room and do not know who to share with, you will automatically be allocated someone. The food is vegetarian or non-vegetarian, unless you specify otherwise, you shall be put down as non-vegetarian. We regret, but Fawley Court is not able to cater for special diets. There are no cooking facilities but there is a kettle for hot drinks.

Please bring your own cushion and blanket for the sessions. Blankets cannot be taken from the bedrooms for this purpose. It is also a good idea to bring good outdoor shoes for walks. Fawley Court provide sheets, a small towel but not soap.

BY CAR:

From the M4 take exit 8/9 towards Henley. When you get to Henley, after you cross over the River Thames, continue up the High Street until you get to the first major set of traffic lights, with the tiny Town Hall facing you. Turn right into Bell Street, and as you are about to leave Henley fork right at the mini roundabout sign-posted to Marlow. Take this Marlow Road and The Marian Fathers at Fawley Court is well marked on the right hand side half a mile from the mini roundabout. Go along Fawley Court drive until you reach some low green buildings. Our accommodation and the hall are on the right hand side, in these buildings.

BY TRAIN:

From London take a train from Paddington station to Henley on Thames changing at Twyford. Take a taxi from the station. Fawley Court is only about five minutes drive from the station.
